A visionary and resolute leader, Mr. Rajender Vats (commonly known as Mr. Vats) is thearchitect behind the success and identity of Rajendra Management Group. With anatural ability to inspire teams and adapt to a constantly evolving business landscape, Mr. Vats is widely respected for his ability to turn challenges into opportunities — building not just a company, but a purpose-driven legacy. He holds a Master’s degree from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management. These academic foundations have shaped his strategic mindset and exceptional marketing capability, which continue to play a crucial role in RMG’s brand growth.
Mr. Vats won numerous awards as a university-level debater. Additionally, he participated twice in the Youth Parliament Commission as Prime Minister and secured first place on both occasions
Mr. Vats’ leadership has helped RMG expand into more than 10 Indian states and gain recognition across multiple industries including banking, healthcare, education, IT, and overnment sectors. His belief in adult literacy, vocational inclusion, and second chances remains the cornerstone of the company’s people-first approach.
